Research Mode Routing은 UX Research 요청을 하나의 표준 study 프로세스로 처리하지 않고, 질문의 risk, ambiguity, answer expiry에 따라 micro research, sprint research, deep research로 분기하는 운영 원칙이다. 연구 속도를 무조건 높이는 것이 아니라, 질문의 성격에 맞는 시간 스케일을 선택하는 것이 핵심이다.
